Meet The Founder
Minnie-Lester Williams is the founder and CEO of Exquisite Care LLC. Her journey as a caregiver and companion started in 1999 her my mom, Mary Lester, suffered a stroke along with a benign brain tumor. Her mom was diagnosed with unspecified schizophrenia, a combination of both dementia and Alzheimer’s. She and her sisters had to re-teach her mom how to walk, talk, eat, and re-train her on how to use the bathroom. As the youngest of seven children, Minnie did not see putting her mom in a nursing home as an option. In the end, she took care of her mom for twenty wonderful years with the help of her siblings until June 02, 2019.
While taking care of her mom Mary for twenty years, she identified the growing need for members of our community to “age in place”. She did the homework and successfully created our business plan to ensure the delivery of quality services.”

Our application process also includes a thorough screening level II background check, DMV driving history, several personal and business references, and a comprehensive exam.
